Positions Open

We are looking to bring onboard a team of highly efficient graphic designers preferably individuals with considerable experience who can support the Creative Director in developing and driving the creative, in line with overall strategies for the brands we manage.

You will be part of a growing team with multiple positions currently open for junior, mid-level and senior graphics and creative professionals.

KEY ROLE

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing and delivering well executed designs for our clients as well as it’s associated brands across marketplaces, ensuring that all designs are delivered in accordance with the respective Brand guidelines, and on time with the marketing schedule.

As the role grows, so will your key responsibilities and it will be expected that the successful candidate is able to keep up with the changing needs of the business.

Work within a highly collaborative creative team of Designers and create interesting and effective brand communication and activation concepts.

SCOPE OF WORK:  on a day-to-day basis:

Working across our key accounts, you will be designing across print and digital and lending your conceptual eye to projects.  This role is to work across a broad array of outputs. You’ll be responsible for developing designs from concept through to sign off and production.

This includes, but is not limited to, design of all collateral for campaigns to be used across various platforms, which may include brochures, magazine ads, social media ads, the posters, flyers, adverts, POS, in store communication, infographics, design elements of web pages,  OOH and BTL requirements including special projects such as magazines and look books.

Your workload will be varied, including developing new collateral, making amends to existing artwork to improve overall look/ feel, sourcing and selecting appropriate imagery.

You will be working on designing magazine layouts, preparing press ready pdf’s, presentations, proposals, reports , and branded marketing collateral for corporate sector clients.

Develop creatives and engaging concepts and design primarily print-based documents according to brand guidelines. 

Take complex briefs from the Creative Director, and manage the production process from start to finish. 

Rise to creative challenges as they occur on a day-to-day basis.  

Addressing the advertising requirements of a varied client base. 

Occasionally you would be working under pressure to meet deadlines for big projects.

Professional Agency experience is a must. DTP and Freelance Experience will not be considered. Your responsibility will include:

  • Executing the online strategy using social media, Web analytics, EDM, e-mail marketing, search engine optimization and marketing, among others.
  • Initiating effective online marketing campaigns, promotions and e-mail campaigns to support the Brand’s communication strategy, as well as carry out research based analysis on target profile.

This position will oversee Digital marketing campaigns from program management to execution.
You will function as a key liaison between our Marketing and Consulting Arm.

Responsibilities

PR

Coordinate all public relations activities

Produce and manage press releases and reach for coverage across Print, Broadcast and online media.

Produce written content for Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Create content for marketing promotion, byline articles and keynote presentations

Preparing media kits and organizing press conferences.

KEY ROLE:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, developing , managing and providing solutions for responsive and non responsive  word press websites that are in alignment with the requirements of our clients brand. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.

A clear understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is a must.

As the role grows, so will your key responsibilities and it will be expected that the successful candidate is able to keep up with the changing needs of the business.

You will be working alongside an existing  highly collaborative creative fun team of designers that create interesting and effective brand communication and activation concepts, within which you will combine your role to make it happen with a common objective.

Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

and additional PHP Frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel or CakePHP will be a PLUS.

 

 

 

 

This position requires  a combination of programming skills such as PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript as well an individual that is high on  aesthetics - which is understanding element arrangements on the screen such as the color and font choices. You will also work in collaboration with the creative team for advice on aesthetics.

 

MUST HAVE SKILL SET: 

  1. A candidate with a deep understanding of WordPress Framework with the ability to perform customization of themes and placing content in the CMS.
  1. Experience with responsive and adaptive designs.
  1. Integrating design layouts into WordPress, as many of our builds will be responsive.
  1. Understanding of debug tools such as Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
  1. Ability to understand CSS changes and their consequences to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
  1. Experience in setting up multi-site WordPress builds will be a PLUS
  1. Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
  1. Integrating tracking code/measure of website performance - such as Install Tag ( LinkedIn ), heatmap etc. We need to show this to our client to prove that their website is giving a ROI.
  1. Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
  1. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
